Group counseling can help you to learn new skills and gain greater self-awareness while connecting with others experiencing similar concerns. Groups meet in our large, serene, comfy "living room." Put up your feet and relax and enjoy the positive energy! Some Ocean Waves groups include both "talking" time and "movement" time in the studio to help manage feelings through movement and help build both physical and emotional strength and resilience.

Surfing the Waves of Divorce: the first Wednesday of every month, from 6-7pm
FREE support group for women navigating the Waves of Divorce. Connect with other women and learn teals for healing and moving forward with greater peace, strength, and happiness. Topics may include managing the divorce process, adjusting to life after divorce, divorcing a narcissist, healing from emotional and/or narcissistic abuse, coparenting concerns, dealing with a difficult ex, setting boundaries, dating, new relationships, and more.
New Moms Support Group: meets the first Wednesday of every month, from 11am-12pm
Are you struggling to get out of the house with your new baby? Exhausted, feeling isolated, stressed, have a million questions, wondering if you have PPD or just the blues? Please join us for a FREE support group for new moms, led by Cindy Monsen, LCSW. Connect with other moms, learn the difference between the baby blues and signs of post-partum depression and anxiety, receive support and guidance in adjusting to motherhood. Babies welcome!!
